Bridget: Oh gosh, hard to remember. I think I started with Yoga to the People when I was in high school. It was 100 degrees in the city that day and I sweat my ass off! Wish I remembered the instructor...
What is your instructor mission statement?
Bridget:To allow my clients to feel empowered, strong and accomplished for doing the hardest part...showing up.
What can participants expect when they come to your class?
Bridget: They can expect to get a full bod workout that focuses on getting stronger to the core each day.
What is your go to before workout snack? After workout?
Bridget: Before- Banana with almond butter. After- Lara Bar (apple pie, blueberry muffin, cherry pie, coconut cream-love them all).
What’s your favorite exercise? Why?
Bridget: I would say squats and donkey kicks. Anything to tone up the booty.
What or who is your spirit animal?
Bridget: A sloth. Kidding (kind of).
One surprising thing most people don’t know about you?
Bridget:I’ve become a bit of a politics and crime news junkie. I could see myself being a detective or prosecutor in my next life.

Bridget:Beyonce, Rihanna, Pharrell or JT.
