Hi, I'm Laura, and reconnecting with Pam has opened me up to the real possibility that I could find concrete tools that could help me get off the roller coaster of feeling so fulfilled and blessed yet at times easily triggered, anxious and not in the present, feeling like life is passing me by.
Knowing that inner strength is Intrinsically connected to our outer strength, both mental and physical, it was a natural synergy to combine Pam's workshop with The Fit Co.
Our intimate setting lends itself to have a platform where we can explain the method behind the workout. The why. Does it matter where specifically your arms are in a plank? What about the body weight in your feet when you squat?
Being physically more mindful, not just passing through movements, is so important. Paying attention to body positioning will ensure that the right muscles are used, and will only help you become stronger, more physically fit, more confident, and less prone to unnecessary injuries. It will help provide a more balanced physique, which is part of our mission.
Through Pam's book and workshop, you will become more in tune with yourself; but finding more strength does not necessarily mean to push yourself harder. By being in touch with your mind-body connection, you will know that there will be times where you need to surrender; to have the courage to say "I'm done". To find that middle path, between challenging and growth, yet accepting what is and going with the flow;that is the key to finding your authentic ultimate strength and power.
