7 Week Inner and Outer Strength Workshop

On paper, you know that your life is awesome -- you have it better than 90+% of humans on the planet.... yet, you aren’t completely happy and don’t really feel empowered to achieve your greatest life vision. Or may not even know what that is.

Hi, I'm Pam, and I am a recovered stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, unfulfilled mom and wife.

I was unprepared for how hard being a mom and wife can be.  

I was struggling while trying to juggle the responsibilities and unexpected challenges that seemingly were never-ending.  When I woke up to the fact that I wasn't as happy as I wanted to be, I got to work, in any way that I could, to figure it out.  

First, I started with fitness and nutrition, losing the baby weight and getting in the best shape of my life. 

But it wasn't just that. 

At the same time as getting into fitness, I got into yoga, and discovered the deeper teachings that go along with it.  That sparked a daily meditation practice and self study that over several years has led to write Find More Strength: 5 Pillars to Unlock Unlimited Power and Happiness -- everything that I have learned, specifically, to practice (and how!) to reclaim my power, be in the present moment, and be happy for no reason at all.  And, save my marriage!  LOL

Hi, I'm Laura, and reconnecting with Pam has opened me up to the real possibility that I could find concrete tools that could help me get off the roller coaster of feeling so fulfilled and blessed yet at times easily triggered, anxious and not in the present, feeling like life is passing me by.

Knowing that inner strength is Intrinsically connected to our outer strength, both mental and physical, it was a natural synergy to combine Pam's workshop with The Fit Co.

Our intimate setting lends itself to have a platform where we can explain the method behind the workout.  The why.  Does it matter where specifically your arms are in a plank? What about the body weight in your feet when you squat? 

Being physically more mindful, not just passing through movements, is so important.  Paying attention to body positioning will ensure that the right muscles are used, and will only help you become stronger, more physically fit, more confident, and less prone to unnecessary injuries.  It will help provide a more balanced physique, which is part of our mission.

Through Pam's book and workshop, you will become more in tune with yourself; but finding more strength does not necessarily mean to push yourself harder.  By being in touch with your mind-body connection, you will know that there will be times where you need to surrender; to have the courage to say "I'm done".  To find that middle path, between challenging and growth, yet accepting what is and going with the flow;that is the key to finding your authentic ultimate strength and power. 

 
 

In this program, you will get 45 minutes of working through Pam's book, with each week focusing on specific topics and practices like (Gratitude, Compassion, etc etc)

After the Inner Strength portion of the program with Pam, you will get 45 minutes of a full body workout, focusing on the connection between mind, body and spirit.

You will leave feeling stronger and empowered with tools to practice as you go back to your busy, day to day life... with a more toned physique...  Perfect for right before summer!

The program goes for 7 weeks, with one special week with 45 mins dedicated to nutrition with Dawn Lerman (Pam will be traveling).
